TeleTech delays quarterly filing - Denver Business Journal:

The Englewood company (NASDAQ: TTEC) announced the delay Tuesday in a filingt to the Securities and Exchange The company issued preliminaryresults Nov. 9 that reportedf $335.8 million in third-quarter or 10.5 percent over the $303.8 millionj it reported in the quarter ayear ago. TeleTechn reported $25.9 million of income for the nearly doublethe $12.8 million profit recorded for the third quarter in 2006.
Recalculating the accountingb for its equity grants is expected to changdethe company's financial statements for the past nine year and render previous reported results unreliable, the company said in its TeleTech said the equity compensation review needsd to be finished before its can file its report for the thirdd quarter, which ended Sept. 30. Being late with the requirede filing could jeopardizethe company's ability to access credit, riskss triggering defaults on its current debt and coul d become grounds for de-listing the company's stock from the NASDAQ exchange.
