In his formal objection filed with the Bill McCollum wrote that even if the code allows for terminatio ofthe relationship, “state law stillo provides the procedure for that and ensures that jobs are not unnecessarily lost and that dealerw have time to restructurew their business as far as possible.” McCollum also has writtebn a letter to James Chrysler’s vice chairman and president, expressing his concerns over the company’s treatment to dealers whose franchises are being terminated as part of the Chapteer 11 bankruptcy.
