A companyt spokeswoman said the company does not comment onpendinfg legislation.
Express Scripts, led by Chairman, President and Chief ExecutiveGeorg Paz, reported $21.98 billion in revenue in 2008. Santqa Clara, Calif.-based Intel had $37.6 billion.
